Are you looking for a large heavy-duty dog crate to put your pet in? Our 48 Inch Large Dog Kennel is perfect for small, medium and large dogs to stay in. The steel crate is portable in design and comes with wheels that makes it extremely easy to move around your home.

Fitted with multiple doors, the inside of the modern dog crate can be accessed via the top or front. This makes it extremely convenient, especially, during times of cleaning and feeding. Plus, the bottom tray of the big dog crate can slide out, making it easy to clean and remove any debris.

Better yet, our inside dog kennel features an infill metal mesh floor that prevents your buddy's feet from getting stuck or injured. This way, you can be confident that your dog is safe and out of danger even when you are not around.

Most importantly, the wheels of this steel dog crate are lockable, preventing any sliding of the dog kennel and ensuring that the crate stays in the same position even when your dog is moving around in the animal crate.

Great cage.

Cage is fantastic. Our escape artist hasn't gotten out of it yet. Only issue is the space between slats is wider than expected. Must put a bed in with her which she promptly chews up but this is so her feet don't go through the slats and potentially break a leg. Perhaps should have gone with a smaller size. We did receive the cage slightly damaged in several places due to shipping but doesn't hurt the performance of it and the seller promptly took care of it. We don't come home with blood in the cage like before from her biting and trying to get out. No marks on her face either. Highly recommend this cage!

A life saver

I was really unsure to buy it cause of the price but it is worth it I have a lab/pit who destroyed her last wire crate and with this she isn’t going to get out and destroy the room

It has secured my destructive mastiff

I have a 115lb+ foster cane corso with severe anxiety. He broke and bent our first wire crate and managed to eat drywall, through a door and the carpet in attempt to get out of the room. We desperately needed a crate that could hold him but also keep him safe inside. After having it a few weeks there are some surface level bite and claw marks, but it is still very secure and intact. Him biting it just scratched some of the top “coat” off. It keeps him very secure. Also the little clips that it comes with are very helpful. Before I didn’t clip the small door that is on the main door. Well somehow he managed to get through that. After adding the clip, I had no problem. I was scared about the investment but it has been so worth it.

Stopped our Mastiff from escaping

She's finally contained! Didn't take long for her to realize she was not getting out and she calmed right down. Sturdy, wheels are a must because it is heavy!

Sturdiness and durability is a must!

So much better than the thinner wired crate. My husky mix stays put now and is getting used to her new crate when we have to go out. No more destroying things.

Great crate!

This is a great crate. Our dog has separation anxiety and he completely destroyed his wire crate as well as splitting two nails in the process. We got him this crate and now can feel peace of mind leaving him alone. He knows he can’t get out so he lays down in the crate when we leave now (we have a camera in the room to watch him) and it is so relieving to know he’s safe and not hurting himself. Bonus with accidents, he’s not sitting in it since the tray in underneath the crate. We put a blanket down and he doesn’t seem to mind- he’ll even go in the crate when we leave the crate open during the day.

Finally kept my anxious dog from breaking out!

Tried a variety of wire crates for my 75 lb. Pitbull. He chewed/pried his way out of several, but eventually calmed down and stopped breaking out of them. When our other dog passed, I knew the anxiety of being left alone in the house was going to make this an issue again. This crate is well worth the money. He chewed on the bars a bit the first two days, and then gave up and hasn’t tried since. Very sturdy, thick bars and none of the smal, weak welds at the corners like on wire crates.Downside is that it doesn’t come with a large tray, only the two small ones that go in the bottom shelf to I guess catch pee/poop? I used the tray from his old, slightly smaller 42” crate and that has worked fine. Put something in there because it is not right to have your dog lay on those bars and not a solid surface.
