Our limited warranty applies to physical goods and only physical products purchased from SAKSBY.com.

How to make a claim? 
Email us at support@saksby.com with proof of purchase and a picture or video of your product either faulty, damaged or with errors. After your submission has been made, a member of our customer support team will contact you and advise you on the next steps.
