1. How long are shipping times?

Your product(s) will ship within 4 days of your order and will take up to 1-2 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at SAKSBY.com has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

 

2. What's your return policy?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the amount of your original purchase minus any restocking/processing/shipping fees. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us at support@saksby.com.

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then please notify us.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

SAKSBY.com can not accept insurance as payment or bill your insurance because we do not work directly with insurance companies. Credit or debit card payment is required at the time of purchase, but you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company and/or Medicare afterwards. We recommend contacting your insurance company and/or Medicare for information on their specific eligibility requirements.
