Our policy for this item lasts 14 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. For the return of US orders, a restocking fee of 30% + any shipping cost will be applied. For quality issues, please contact support@saksby.com immediately so we can remedy the situation for you depending on the fault (for example, cosmetic damage or operational fault).
