GOFORT UA1100 1200W Portable Power Generator Charging Station, 1100Wh

I've used it for one outdoor trip so far, and on many jobsites when traveling. The Gofort UA1100 even has enough surge power to start an electric start snow blower! That's a lot of power packed in a small unit!

For starters, the specs on the UA1100 are outstanding. It has a strong 1100wh Lithium-Ion power bank and weighs about 25 pounds. It's 1200 watts with a 2000w surge rating. Pure sine wave as well to power the most delicate electronics and a 12 month warranty is included for the UA1100.

Charging times can vary by type of charge and weather when using solar panels.

~7.5hrs for wall charger or powered generator
~14hrs via car charger (12v)
~17hrs with one 100w solar panel - cut that time nearly in half using MPPT technology and adding another 100w solar panel.

The 110 side short circuit on the first one. Probably defective. So for great device.

So far it works great after charging I let it sit for 3 weeks it stayed at 100% charge. It runs all of the small appliances I take camping. The light on the back works great for a tent light lights up my 8 person tent. Just make sure when you buy that u add up the watts of all the tbings you want to run and buy according. Weights around 15lbs so not bad.

Gofort is one of the best manufacturers for safe, reliable, affordable solar generators (in my opinion). The initial cost was a little higher than some of the others but Gofort s quality and reputation make it worth the extra few $$$ it will take you to start your journey <~~whether you are boondocking or camping out in your yard.. I havent had it out in the woods yet because of this Covid 19 but camped out in my back yard and it powered all my toys. I cant wait until I can get to the Smoky Mountains and really camp out!!!

Charged over two days in the sun with a 120-watt solar panel. After the charge, I found it dead a week later and plugged it in again. Maybe a fluke? My ResMed CPAP machine took two nights to bring to zero. The jury is still out on this one. Powered from full a 50-watt cooler 12 volts 3.75 hours.

Our main purpose for purchasing a portable solar station is emergency preparedness, but we will be using it in other situations as well. The need to be able to cook, boil water, make coffee, toast bread, run the blender, and make popcorn, along with other normal daily functions during an electrical blackout was a goal that I was having a hard time meeting. Solar capability was an absolute requirement. There was a gaping hole in our preparedness plan! In doing some initial research I found a potential solution.

Just out the Box! As seen in the photo it's getting its 1st charge. I'm pretty excited about my new Gofort UA1100. Can't wait to put it to the test. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube Before deciding to choose this one. It's the most wattage for the price. It does charge a little slower then some but it also charges faster than others. I highly recommend that if you like to save money. I mainly chose this unit as a backup Power option if the lights go out at home. But I'm sure it may motivate me to do little camping Or glamping lol. I also own a noisy 5000 watt gas generator in storage. But now that I have this unit I will not have to buy gas oil and hear the noise if the power is only out for a short time Not the mention the hassle having to drag it out of storage. It's also a hassle to keep the gas tank full and change the oil every so often.
