Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact support@saksby.com for assistance. For the return of US orders, a restocking fee of 30% + shipping cost will be applied. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.
