Can't believe the quality for the price. Heavy, commercial grade.

It took me awhile, but I finally understood how this machine was designed and now I use it several times a week, not just for pizza. Reheating pizza is good too, but other snacks are quickly cooked. Here is one of my latest pizzas, where I preheat the oven and tray for 5 minutes, pull it out and build my pizza on it, and then cook it for 5 minutes. Fast and delicious. It does take up a lot of counter space, but isn't heavy and can easily be moved to a shelf and pulled out as needed. But actually I only put mine away when I need the counter space or company is coming.

Pizza cooked perfectly. Used bricks, steel, and broiler options in oven to cook pizza..., tried so many things. Opened box today and used my own dough recipe and baked in this oven... 5 minutes warm and 5 minutes to cook.... perfect pizza.... two times in a row. Don’t know why I didn’t buy this earlier. Not sure why people write nasty review when not true .... I was afraid this oven would not measure up after reading reviews... but ppl not happy with life. This is a must buy if you like pizza.... cooked like a professional. Highly recommend

Really cool, great looking machine !! I eat pizza almost every day so to have something that can cook it in 5 minutes is amazing ! And the thin crust pizza, with toppings, that I made tonight would have been done in 4 minutes. I just remembered 5 minutes from the description, so that's when I took it out, but then reading the book it says 4 to 5 minutes, and it was definitely done better than 20 minutes in my convection oven. I like the fact that the crust wasn't soggy for a change.. really easy to clean; the non-stick ceramic pan is attached to a stainless steel frame that slides in and out, and there's a crumb tray at the bottom... that's all you have to rinse before making your first pizza ! much easier than cleaning each individual wire on your traditional rack and the initial new appliance smell wasn't nearly as bad as my last few convection ovens. I did leave it on for 10 minutes anticipating the oils on the stainless surfaces to burn off but it didn't even smoke like many toaster ovens do. It wasn't nearly as big as I thought it was going to be judging by the huge box that it came in about the same length as my nine slice Black & Decker convection oven and not nearly as high. The only challenge is finding a little extra counter space to put it, but well worth it !

I love this pizza oven it works so well easy to clean cooks very fast I just have a problem with the spring on the door breaking easily I have to replace about every 6 to 8 months
