For the return of US orders, a restocking fee of 15% + shipping cost will be applied. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.

Totally of grid
So i needed to buy a few 5 point connectors for my 8 pannels so it could be 24 volt only to find out that it selects the voltage at the controller but even without the connectors they forgot 2 cords for load. Not difficult to add though any automotive parts store has them. The 20 amp inline fuse i had to get 15 amp fuses per panel cause im using the 24 volt way, but it does work as advertised despite forgotten parts.
one panel out of eight was smashed when I took it out of box. i did not drop it. was super careful
For beginners great system
I got everything laid out and dry fitting the panels and wiring and realized I couldn't make the connections for my series/parallel setup. It was almost 5 pm and Platt electric was closing soon. I had to wait until next day to pick up the parts and return to my toy hauler to complete the install.Wish I knew this ahead of time!!!Any who, install was simple, once I figured out where all the pre-wiring was at, hence my location for the charger.Everything came on line and after 2 weeks my batteries are always charged and it produces more power than what I use with everything on except the roof top AC's.I'll be expanding my solar panels in the future now that I've gained some experience.Except, next time, I'll be going with the 550 watt panels and later charger in parallel configuration to up my requirements for the AC usage
Great product wish it came with a few extension cables spent an additional 300$ on the install had to use aluminum L beams the z brackets don't work on RV roofs your going to need about 4+ tubes of sealant and 80 screws I ended up coming up short on cable as well but not everyone will have that issue
Easy to install. Works as advertised
Bought this to run an off-grid garden system. Was super easy set up, and provides plenty of energy for my needs. My system runs a 200ah 24v battery, and in tandem, this keeps everything running perfectly smooth.Note: This item came in several separate packages over a few days. One of them was missing some hardware, but Christine in the customer support was extremely helpful in getting that resolved extremely quickly. High praises to their customer support so far!
