I've been caring for my elderly aunt, whose mobility has deteriorated significantly in recent months. She's now completely reliant on a walker and am unable to climb stairs. She has difficulty walking up the stairs to the doctor's office. I took it directly out of the box and utilized it right away. Very strong and durable!

It too a few tries to get her to move comfortably, but once we did, it was fantastic.

This chair has made like much easier for Grandma and me; I can now bring Grandma upstairs without worrying about her safety or health; the only drawback is that the bars by the legs are a little rough on her; otherwise,, it is 98 percent excellent.

I'm an EMS Coordinator for a company who recently purchased this stair lift. It is incredible, it's so much safer for our patients as well as back saving for our EMT's. I would 100% recommend this lift. It was also very easy to use and very easy to train my guys and girls on. We all love it!

I bought this for someone else who was very ill, as her husband needed assistance in moving her. He said it was a Godsend, even though it was quite heavy and hard to manage. He wouldn't let anyone else near it, and only he would handle it to protect and help move his beautiful wife. Unfortuately this beautiful person passed away but her husband remained her faithful caregiver until the very end, and was very grateful to me for getting this Stairlift for them.

I am the sole caretaker for my disabled mother who lives with me on the second story of an older apartment building. There is no elevator and we share our staircase with another neighbor. Installing a permanent chair lift on the staircase was not an option. Thank God for Saksby and their wonderful team. Without their their help, my mother and I would've had to move from our very affordable apartment which I have lived in for 30 years. This would not have been good for my mom's dementia. Thanks to this stairlift, we can stay in our home and I can now easily transport my mom down the stairs and to & from her appointments with ease. BTW... Saksby has been very quick to respond to any questions I had and has offered assistance every step of the way. 5 Stars for Saksby & the Stairlift!!!!

My husband saw a commercial for this on tv and we were looking for a solution for our new home with a narrow stairway. We knew that a traditional stairlift would not work so we thought we would give it a try. I wish I had known about this stairlift earlier, I could have saved alot of money! This is so easy to use and I love the fact that I can put it away when we are not using it as my son is not at home all of the time. I also love the fact that we can take it with us if we need to go somewhere that stairs will be an issue. It is so easy to use and has really been a great find for us. Wonderful product!
