Make sure it's square
Frame fits together very precisely and has a durable-looking finish. Finished frame and roof look nicer than a lot of metal carport. I laced 6 foot by 50 foot sun shade fabric for extra protection without upping the wind load too much. I also used 10 inch concrete anchor bolts, each set in 60 pounds of concrete. I was able to assemble this product alone.
All the instructions were easy to follow . I didn't use the the insulation tape since I only bought it to protect my vehicle from hail.
Not bad for the price but Roof panels where stamped funky so they don't line up on each other well, so it is not water tight. But I got for shade more then moisture.
I'm 62 years old and I put 2 of these together by myself. It's a little difficult but it's very doable. I did a lot of research and these were the cheapest metal carports. They are quite durable and a great value for the price. Highly recommend.
Clear and simple instructions and, fairly easy installation with a little handyman experience. I would recommend making sure that you have a cordless impact for the tin roofing but overall a great buy!
Panels damaged in shipping- corners were bent on almost every piece- metal bends too easy- should be thicker.
