FREE USA SHIPPING. Your Napoleon Elevation Electric Built-In Electric Fireplace will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered to you between 5-10 business days.
Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please Note: By installing or using the product in any way you are accepting your order and, therefore, we cannot accept a return unles the item is found to be operationally faulty.
