                            Good panel

Good panel, decent price after all the discounts. Be better if it was more adjustable.

It is a 400 watt panel

Finally had a chance to use it. After a failed trip to Arizona for the winter it's spring and plugged it in to my Anker 767 and it's producing 325-372 watts in good April sunshine here in Alberta. Clouds or shadows do definitely drop the wattage just like all panels. It is a bit cumbersome to setup and move around but what can you expect for 400 watts. I would buy it again and am things about adding the 200 watt panel also. Longevity is an unknown but with some care we will see. Also, heat does diminish the efficiency somewhat as well. Initially set it up today a 8C with 363 watts and now it's 19C and wattage is 346. Still pretty good in my books. Hope this helps others looking at purchase.

                            Great support

The first panel I ordered started bringing in only 178W after only 4 months. I emailed the company and sent a video of our Victron data and lack of wattage. They sent a new panel out the next week. Great support.

                            'Heavy' weight portable solar panel

This 400W solar panel (I haven't yet tested this in full sunlight during the summer when the sun is most direct, but I usually get around 300W) is a big one. It's quite heavy and bulky, but folds down enough that it's portable.I want to commend the company- I got one of these last year and when I got it out this spring, it wouldn't put out any charge to my solar generator. There didn't seem to be any damage/etc to the unit so I reached out to the company and they were nice enough to try to troubleshoot it with me and then ended up replacing the unit.If you're looking for a portable panel from a great company, I'd recommend this one.

Heavy - Not portable - Good for short distances

First and foremost, this thing is HEAVY. It's not recommended for a bit of a long walk as I'll put a toll on you. I would carry this around really short distances. Now that's out of the way. This is my first solar panel. I'm using it for my bluetti AC180 battery. There haven't been many sunny days since I bought it The one day that it was sunny. I tried it out and I got 340 watts out of it which is really good. Since this is a heavy solar panel, it was also not easy to open it up by myself. This is not for a picnic or an evening at the park. I haven't done real life testing yet. Waiting for the summer but will update if any issues come up.

Great quality made with durable material but also very heavy

                            Very efficient panel

This panel works really well with my solar generator. It works better than the ones that came with my generator. Very well priced as well

failing top seam - defect - update

Product is heavy and not easily moved. Output is OK. Set up the panel can be a bit difficult due to weight.Used panel 4x since May for total of about 9 days.Update: the reply from manufacturer"Judging from the photos, this does not affect the output power of the solar panel or its use."Obviously advertising the pamel as water resistant/waterprove does not allow seams to split and water to penetrate the coverings/ seams.Presently the panel is on a very lowNever used the attached loops to hang panel. Now right top corne of panel edging has come lose - seam stitching failed. Panel now has an opening of approx 4" for dirt, dust and moisture to penetrate into the panel. The thread continues to loosen and the gap widens / gets longer. It will deteriorate the panel in short time rendering it useless.Expensive panel with good output but manufacturing defect. Unfortunately soon to be worthless and not certain about warranty. Maybe manufacturer replies on how to fix this?Update with reply from manufacturer:"Judging from the photos, this does not affect the output power of the solar panel or its use."Splitting seam exposing the interior of the panel will certainly affect output.I rely on this panel out on the desert but see lesser output already. How can they claim water prove / resistant with split seam allowing moisture to enter the covering?Paid over $ 500.00. Why is it selling at a steep discount now?No remedy for fixing this issue and no warranty replacement. I was told I have a 3 year warranty. I am calling for a warranty replacement and gladly ship back the present panel. Just provide a return label. I rely on this panel which is failing under warranty!
