                            Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact support@saksby.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.

                            For the return of US orders, a restocking fee of 20% + shipping cost will be applied. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.

                            We have had this grill for around a month and have used only a few of the features. However, the delivery and setup were as promised and the looks and features are exactly as described. It is a beautiful grill. We are needing to take some time to getting used to having a sear burner but I am sure that will come with time. The main burners were a dream to work with. We love the look of this grill and our friends and neighbors can't stop looking! The lighting on the grill and in the cabinet is SO helpful and the lighting of the **** just makes this grill stand out. We love our new grill! We can't wait to try the smoker and rotisserie accessories as well.

                            This is the grill I've always been looking for!

                            I have tried out all of the features of this grill and found them to be very good. Temperature control is excellent, ease of use is wonderful, construction is of the highest standard. (The smoker performs beautifully!) This is a really fun grill to cook with. Issues I have found are the tendency for oil or grease burn from the drip tray. The work around is to maintain a cold side and hot side of the grill when barbecuing. Also, the rear burner does not lite using the built in electric ignition.

                            Great product, great quality, but setup was a challenge

                            It's a great product. Saksby delivered it on time via LTL trucking as it comes crated and boxed. The grill was packaged well and after sorting through everything like Christmas morning (there are a lot of boxes within the crate), I realized there was not an instruction manual or user guide, only a cookbook. I went to YouTube first looking for a video and finally ran across a .pdf online that came with a prior model but was close enough to make it work. Once assembly got underway I was able to figure things out fairly quickly, but again got hung up on operations of some of the grill's features because once again - no directions. Overall the build quality is good as is the hardware. The gas connection was simple and it fired right up. The grill has a lot of power behind it so those upgrading from a smaller grill should take notice as this grill will bring the HEAT. Only real drawback for me is that the grill is not 100% stainless. The side panels and back are all painted metal. The quality of these items is good but those of you wanting something 100% stainless may want to look in another direction. Also, I do like the LED lights on the ****, but the Napoleon logo that projects on the ground seems a bit gimmicky to me.

                            Great grill, but need to improve factory QA

                            To start off, I have not had this grill long so I can only comment on my current experience with it. 1. This grill get hot quickly. In comparison to my previous Jenn-air (Nexgrill) grill), this this heats up tremendously faster and easly hits 500 degrees in a short time. Beware though that the nice chrome cover accents also get very hot ( the burn on my forearm proves that :) ). 2. The grill has plenty of depth which also means plenty of depth to the top rack. An ear of corn could lay perpendicular to the top rack without sticking out. 3. The side infra-red burner is a nice touch. I have very rarely used the side burner on my old grill since it was just as easy to use to stove indoors for basic pan items. The burner on this grill is great for just searing meat of making a quick burger. The grilled swordfish came out great using this burner. 4. Customer service was excellent from Napolean. For the few times that I called, I was able to get someone on quickly and they took their time to discuss an issue or just talk about the grill. Now the negatives. I would have given the grill 5 stars, but this item lowered the review ranking. I had an issue where only the woodchip burner igniter would spark, but the side and back burner would not. After removing the back panel, I found that the igniter module was pushed up close to the metal back plate. Since this is a high voltage output unit, my thought was that possibly there was arching. I then bent the mounting plate for the igniter back and put some insulation on the back cover. After this, everything worked great, well almost. Althought the spark would fire for the woodchip burner, it would not ignite. For this, I saw the electrode was behind the first burner hole. After bending it back about 1/8" so it was not over the hole, the ignition fired perfectly. For the cost of the grill, I feel that QA inspection should have tested this before leaving the factory. In any case, it is all working great now.

                            Very high quality build

                            I like the grill a lot. I have used a Weber Summit Silver for nearly 20 years and this is a decidedly nicer grill. While it comes partially assembled and packed very well, the documentation for final assembly was weak.
