Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. I don’t think it’s supposed to glow like that - works fine but not sure for how long. The metal may eventual distort. It does this with minimal flame.
