Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, in original condition. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please Note: By installing or using the product in any way you are accepting your order and, therefore, we cannot accept a return unles the item is found to be operationally faulty.
For the return of US orders, a restocking fee of 40% + any shipping cost will be applied. For quality issues, please contact support@saksby.com immediately so we can remedy the situation for you depending on the fault (for example, cosmetic damage or operational fault).

After you returned the product to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.
