ALPHAESS BlackBee 1000 Portable Power Station, 1000W (98173642)

Great product for the money. I bought it for emergency use, but I've found more use for it camping. We can run lights in the tent, kids can charge their cellphones on the top, power the radio, etc. One charge will last us entire long weekend camping, and if we need a recharge, we just plug it into the vehicle for a bit.The unit will also charge via optional solar panels that other manufacturers sell (they can be used for the AlphaESS via universal ports). AlphaESS looks like they'll be releasing their own solar panels soon, so I may consider buying those. I liked the lower pricing of the AlphaESS, so I'm reluctant to buy higher priced solar panels from other manufacturers if waiting a bit means saving money.

I bought this as a power source to run my camper off grid. I can charge my phone, run the tv, lights and stereo for two to three days on a single charge. Very impressed with it's features - much better than the other brands I've demo'd. Also quickly recharges from a solar panel.

I recently purchased the alphaess blackbee 1000 to use for camping and for power outages at home. The unit can easily run our camp cooler and lights for about 17 hrs on 1 charge. I also like the ability of the pass thru charging.I also tested a "simulated power outage" and we were able to run the basics with no issues.The cords and power adapters for the unit also come in a sturdy carrying case, there are lots of outlets, and I like the fact they are in the front vs being on the sideGenerator was packed with care with retail box inside unmarked box.

We tried it on a few components when we first got the Power station. It worked great and the best part is that it will work with our Pellet Stove to run the stove in any power outage, which is such a wonderful relief to us. Luckily we haven't had to use it for that yet, but having the peace of mind is so comforting. We think this product is fabulous and tell all of our friends. thank you

My husband bought the blackbee 1000 for me as a Christmas gift. I was actually looking forward to a winter storm that would knock our power out so we could give it a test. When the time came, it was a stellar success! The blackbee 1000 was able to keep a warm pellet stove fire going, a lamp lit to read and knit by, and a charger handy for our phones. We are happy campers with this stylish, noiseless powerhouse and have recommended its purchase to several friends already.

After 90 days this is performing as expected. I use it primarily to power a DC portable fridge and for emergency house backup. Have tested and will run full size fridge overnight. Bought the optional jumper cables for jumping the car battery and like that piece of mind as well. Will be purchasing the extended battery as well to round out the capabilities.

Is everything I was hoping it would be. It is very sturdy, Holds the charge for months. And is the watt hours it stated. The only draw back is that the battery takes pretty long to charge, and that was stated by the manufacturer in the description..
