I really enjoy this trolling motor. It is just right. Used on a lake, performs as expected.

I really enjoy this trolling motor. It is just right. Used on a lake, performs as expected. If you are looking for speed- this is not that. Using it with an inflatable dinghy. Bestway caspian. Boat weighs about 50 lbs- using a deep-cycle battery to power. Mounts to the boat easily. Very good value. Again this is not for speed.

I OWN A 17'.5" GREGOR FISHING BOAT. I BOUGHT THIS FOR MOUNTING ON MY TRANSOM. IT IS A PERFECT MOTOR FOR TROLLING AND OR JUST MOVING AROUND A LITTLE BIT FROM SPOT TO SPOT WITHOUT HAVING TO USE MY LARGER LOUDER BOAT MOTOR. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR USING IT GOING AGAINST STRONGER CURRENT. BUT IT WORKS GREAT FOR EVERYTHING ELSE.

Hello everyone I’ve had this trolling motor for about a month now I live down in Florida we have fresh Springs and rivers as well as the salt water and it’s been in all three… He’s doing good so far… Battery life matters on your battery capacity of course but the 36 pound thrust in my little ganoe is doing good

I am not sure about the rating on the battery life has to do with this product since it does not have a battery, but I was so happy with this motor that I did not want to give it any negative reviews. This motor works great. When my last motor finally gave up the ghost, I thought I would replace both the motor and the battery. My boat runs much better now. this motor is much faster that my previous motor even thought they were both rated with equal thrust. I like the batter level light indicator on it too. Easy to use and install. I switched out the plug with a part I purchased at the boat store so that I could plug this in directly to the outlet on my boat. That part cost about $25.00.
