Love it.

This product looks cool, but it's very difficult to piece together! The frame was easy, and even the top roof, but the panels on the lower part are ****. They don't align properly with the holes or on top of each other, we have been at this for days and unless we get creative and drill our own holes because it doesn't align any other way. Also, the small brackets the panels come with are frustrating, they fall off every time we're inserting them, why wouldn't the manufacturer just add them before they're sent off. This has got to be the worst product i have tried assembling. I love the idea of it, but hate the assembly,

It took my wife and I about 10 days to put it together as we didn't want the pressure of getting it done in 2 or 3 days. Besides that, the weather wasn't great at times.The unit is great for the cost.The instructions are absolutely the worst! It would be helpful in the future for them to provide a video of hte assembly because the manual has no written instructions, only pictures, which at best is ridiculous!The roofs were challenging.

I suggest anyone who wants a beautiful and sturdy gazebo to purchase this one.

Though it took my husband and 2 friends approximately 6-7 hours to assemble, the end result was so worth it. It is very sturdy and definitely worth the money as it looks very nice in our back yard. We bought the 12x20 right on time for our 4th of July bbq. If you have doubts about this gazebo don't think about it any longer and purchase

This came in many boxes and was wrapped very nice making sure all items were kept from getting scratched. It took about 4 guys to put it together but it came out nicely!! Want to buy another one!!

Amazingly all 1,136 pieces were in all the boxes. It's a thing of beauty when assembled.

My wife and I installed this Pergola, the plans were well designed and thought out. All the bolt holes were where they belonged and all the pieces were there. We were able to work off ladders and a scaffold I rented, the scaffold also worked good for a table area for installing parts for the roof sections. We are very pleased with how it all came together, now being able to enjoy our outdoor area, even more.
