Although the instructions were unclear and no written instructions, it took hubby and I a few days to assemble, we love it. We enjoy it every day! But it requires more than 2 people to assemble regardless what they say, also they need to make the instructions better. To us, if you're going to ask this price for something then make it easier to assemble or have it almost assembled for the consumer.

Product overall not bad had a huge threatening storm it did great the instructions were horrible. figured it out myself was easier. right now we are on extreme hot weather inside was very hot placed an a/c still was hot but its best if its insulated to keep hot air out and cooler patio,not bad if screws are not placed or tighten correctly it would leak those areas when it rains
Like every other reviewer has said, the directions are difficult. It took us about 6 hours to put together. Pay attention to orientation of holes and such. We had to undo several times because we had holes placed upside down. If you are not a visual person, the instructions will be very hard. My husband was so confused. I do well with pictures so it worked out.Overall, the structure is really nice. Good quality, seems very sturdy. Ours came with snow poles which was unexpected. There are also brackets to attach it to your home but we opted to just attach it to the deck.We have Trex decking, and we just bolted it into place with some sturdy bolts. Not included. There are holes in the structure that allow you to do that.Overall very happy. Will update as we ecounter weather.
