Well made

Wish I had purchased a while ago. Mother-in-law broke her ankle. This works perfect for me and wife to take her up and down stairs

Great transport chair

EMS had something like this and I ordered one. It's working fine as expected. The price to next one (power) up is steep so here is some suggestions for improvements with smaller impact on the price:1) Bigger (in diameter) rear wheels2) Arm rests that (could be raised/!lowered)3) Rails to slide down the stairswould buy another especially with one or more of the improvements above if priced reasonably.

Very sturdy

We found it easier than expected to use/lift. Unfortunately, the staircase we needed it for has a fairly tight spiral in it so we had to return the chair. Would have been happy to keep and use this had we been able to safely navigate the bend.

Works well but uncomfortable seating

Perfect for my purpose .. it serves my need for moving elderly persons in small elevators and stairs as well. The only modification needs is provide some cussion to the seating area due to hard and uncomfort metal pipes.
