Love this awning! We live in Arizona and the summer sun is brutal. This awning has been a lifesaver for our patio. It's super easy to crank out and retract with the lever, and it shades our entire seating area perfectly. We can finally enjoy our evenings outside without getting roasted. Plus, the fabric seems really durable and hasn't faded a bit. Highly recommend!

We bought this awning on a whim to add some shade to our patio. Let me tell you, it's been the best home improvement decision we've made in ages! Not only does it block the sun perfectly, but it's also completely transformed the look of our patio. It feels so much more inviting and upscale now. We love spending time out there under the awning - morning coffee, afternoon naps, evening drinks with friends. It's a true outdoor haven!

Great size, nice fabric, and easy to use. However, the delivery process was a bit strange. The box arrived damaged, and it took a few calls to customer service to get a replacement part. Luckily, they were helpful and got it straightened out.
