Our policy for this item lasts 10 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact support@saksby.com for assistance.
For the return of US orders, a restocking fee of 20% + shipping cost will be applied. For quality issues that cannot be repaired, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.
