We all know how difficult it is to stay track of a proper meal! Preparing your food ahead of time will lead to a healthier you. Focus on Vegetables, these are packed with the nutrients our body needs. Vegetables are the primary meal in a healthy diet.
Find ways to make vegetables more pleasant to you. Aim for a new recipe a week. Try something, and if you don’t like it, move on. At the end of the day, you’re sure to find at least a few healthy recipes for your lunch or dinner rotation.
2. MOVE YOUR BODY
Regular movement is key to so many health benefits. So, start exercising to be healthier!
You do not need to have any equipment or a personal trainer to get into shape! There are plenty of exercises you can do with your own body weight!
