DEALER POLICIES

1. RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy on most products purchased from Saksby Wholesale with the below exceptions. This means that you have 30 days after purchasing the item(s) to request and submit all required information that is needed for the return. Please note that all returns must be returned with a VALID tracking number and in the same condition that it was received, unused, undamaged, unassembled, with tags, and in their original packaging to be accepted. You would also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days has passed since your purchased date, we are sorry but we cannot accept this item as a return.

All returns must be first approved in writing before they can be accepted, otherwise, they will be rejected by our warehouses and returned to the customer. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of the original AND return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For all used, unopened, non-defective items, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged for buyer remorse (e.g. Customer changes his/her mind, ordered wrong size, etc.). This fee is applied to help cover processing, repackaging costs and DOES NOT apply to defective product(s) returned within the first 30 days.

In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product, the product will either be returned to you or the return shipping cost initially covered by us will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

The sale of the below items FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE:

• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Items you have already assembled
• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
• Open Box Items
• Made To Order/Custom-Made Items
• Saunas, Hot Tubs, Float Pods, Food Products, Electric Bikes, Grill Islands, Garage Doors

2. SHIPPING

SHIPMENT

• Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and various LTL Freight carriers to the lower 48 states.
• Please ensure that you provide the correct phone number to ensure proper delivery by the freight company.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging and contents of your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any damage, immediately document it on the delivery receipt and contact support@saksby.com with clear photos of the damage. Damage claims that are not noted on the delivery receipt will be reviewed and compensated at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

To reduce every dealer's operating risk, compensations for damaged/returned items will be calculated in accordance to this formula: Claim Amount = (Dealer B2B purchase price + Dealer’s refund to customer - Buyer selling price). The basic principle of claim for each transaction is to limit the actual loss within the guaranteed amount. The dealer’s final claim amount for a single order cannot be higher than the actual payment amount of the order. No compensation should be paid for losses that have not occurred.

CANCELLATION

All order can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled or retracted. All unshipped orders cancelled after 12 hours are subject to a 5% cancellation fee because we incur costs to process and fulfill your order.

DELIVERY

Please note that deliveries are considered received once they arrive at the address and are marked as "delivered" by the shipping courier. Saksby Wholesale assumes no responsibility if your order gets stolen or cannot be found after delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be issued in the event that the end user refuses delivery, when a wrong address if provided, or if the order is fraudulent. Therefore, please confirm that all shipping information in valid before fulfilling the order.
