[10x13FT] Large Outdoor Patio Pergola With Canopy & Retractable Sun Shades, Beige (SAK51842)

LOVE how cute it looks! and the retractable awning is great! Leonardo was fantastic with helping me when I had a question, and shipping quickly!

The pergola is reasonably sturdy. It is not difficult to put it up ( 2 people, half day work).What bothers me most are1) The canopy collects water when it rains. There are some tiny drain holes, but they don't work. Water sits in the middle of the fabric. I need to push the water off with a broomstick every time it rains. It's absolutely annoying.2) There's rattling noise caused by the canopy shifting around during wind. I get used to it eventually.

I most liked that this 10'x13' canopy keeps direct sunlight off our front porch but that in event of high wind or rain, it's easy to collapse the canopy. Nothing else close to this price seemed available so I feel very lucky we found this.

We purchased at end of March and put up in June. I just went outside (2 months later) and the weight of rain water has split the canopy and bent the supporting pipes that went in it at that point.Otherwise it is attractive and a nice addition. I will try and file a warranty claim.

This awning is really nice. The fly in the ointment is that the fixing of the four pillars is not very good. I don't know if it is because it is installed on wood, and I need to fix it on the concrete floor.

Updated Review: I contacted the company directly since my original review, and they couldn't have been more helpful and responsive! They sent a replacement immediately! (Original complaint: Cover arrived with rest of product, within a couple days of ordering, great! Cover was defective, was quoted 7 - 15 days for replacement to ship out (just to ship, will arrive even later), not so great.)

When this pergola is set up it is beautiful. It is a little bit harder to set up and figure out the instructions. But once you have it set up it is gorgeous and provides so much shade. Wish it came with bolts so that we can put it into our cement instead it came with steaks to push into a ground. Not a big issue just wish it came with more options. Not sure how long this will last. Poles come apart as you pull or remove shade.

Good product, need better assemble instructions, metal ( aluminum) very light, when strong wind coming all this structure is moving, after using for a year top material not hold water anymore, start leaking
