Had a small issue with the unit when I first got it but wrote to customer service and they responded right away and got things sorted for me. A really good experience.

Works great. Not very loud and keeps stuff nice and cool. Highly recommend!

Do not hesitate to purchase this refrigerator. ive had this on my Lanai in Florida now for a couple of months and it is fantastic. It's extremely quiet and keeps my beverages extremely cold..

Would not recommend stainless for outdoors, difficult to keep clean. Wished Id ordered black. But keeps our beverages cool even in OK summers where temps are near 100F in afternoons!

Good product for the price. Should not encounter damage during shipping since refrigerator is "completely" enclosed and protected by 2" Styrofoam, reinforced side corners, and top/bottom corners.A bit noisy but not annoying (low hum) when cooling. Should you load it up with beverages prior to entertaining, it may take several hours to reach the desired internal temperature.Good looking unit. Currently being used indoors.

Being able to have a fridge as part of an outdoor kitchen or patio setup is such a cool concept, and a fridge like this is pretty much designed for exactly that (with a small exception, which I’ll get into). It’s designed to work indoors or outdoors and to keep your food and drinks ice cold, rain or shine, and the exterior of this fridge is of great quality and seems to put up with rain and heat without any trouble. The only reason I have trouble seeing this as an “outdoor fridge” is because Canadian winters are much much colder than this fridge is designed to handle, but you would have trouble figuring that out without contacting the company or doing research. You could always bring the fridge back inside during the winter, but I’m sure some people are going to buy this, keep it outdoors, and then have a nasty surprise when their fridge dies in the middle of January.However, that being said, I think most people in Canada are aware that you have to bring stuff in during winter…The pull out drawer design is super smooth and looks great, plus it can hold a ton of cans or bottles, anything from little soda pop bottles to full-sized wine bottles. I’ve never owned a fridge with this kind of design but I believe it when they say it holds more than a standard fridge. It keeps everything very cold and is very quiet, whether it’s indoors or outdoors.If you can afford it, this fridge is very useful indoors, and great for outdoors (just not in the winter).

I looked at many of the outdoor rated refrigerators. The standard type with the door that swings out when I saw this one. I have to admit, that I was initially drawn to the unit due to price. But I started looking at features and how I would use it and became sold. I had never heard of the brand before but did some research and was satisfied that it would have sound design and engineering. Indeed it does. The drawer type allows the user to see what is inside without having to stoop or bend or squat. I also plan on using this near the outdoor kitchen and the drawers will allow me to stage food for cooking-that is I can have it ready or marinating before I actually cook. It holds a lot of items. Even when full of canned or bottle water, there is still room to lay a few wine bottles on top. It cools fast and is not too noisy. We have it inside for now while the house is being built. I have to admit, that I like it enough to want one inside too-free up the fridge and let the drawer unit handle the drinks.
