Acceptable product. Would suggest packing everything needed together. If I was going on a vacationI could not have used this product as the charging cable was not included with the battery. Life’sIrritations!

Both sides displays incorrect temperatures. Even after certain period of time displayed temperatures are lower than what the actual temperatures are. On both sides. It's always a guessing game since the actual temperatures are warmer than the displayed temp. And I'm not talking about couple of degrees. I'm not sure if there's a way to calibrate them...

Fridge works well, but if you have it in any sort of sunlight, it's going to be working overtime to keep cool, and possibly not able to keep upGreat temperature display, and nice to have the USB charger outlet right next to it. Having LED lights inside the fridge was a nice touch too for getting things out when it's dark out. Being able to flip the door on it to whichever side is most convenient is a great feature.Setting the temperature on the fridge's dual compartments is easy enough, but some of the other features are a little clunky to get to due to the limited number of buttons. That said, there is a sticker right below the display that explains how to change majority of the functions. Surprisingly, the instruction booklet was very well written and easy to understand.The 120v power adapter works well. The 12v plug, however, leaves a little to be desired. The end plug doesn't retain properly in a locking receptacle/socket. I will have to remove the factory one and replace it with something like a locking Marinco. The factory one just pops out, obviously shutting off the fridge. Also, the socket and plug pieces on the fridge itself appear proprietary, which is unfortunate.If it's helpful, the fridge draws ~3.4 amps on 12v when running. I didn't measure the starting draw. Interestingly, there is supposed to be a battery that you can install straight into the fridge to keep it running (for a short time, I'd imagine).All-in-all, I'm happy with the purchase for the price.

Even when I put the freezer side to -4 Fahrenheit, the ice cream still melted. It was a good cooler but horrible freezer. So save the money and get a powered cooler/fridge for a lot less.

I have been needing a portable fridge for ages, especially to chill healthy foods for traveling by car. We hate the way we feel when we eat out 2-3 times/day when travelling, with fat, sodium and sugar literally dripping from our pours. So having a portable fridge allows us to have some salad, cold fruit and juices for the road. Eating home cooked foods on the road is also great for our energy and mood levels! So we used this fridge, not for travel, per se, but rather for our home move. We were able to pack many of our groceries, including frozen items into the two compartments. I was impressed that I could fit 1 lb of chicken, 3-4 lbs of ground beef, and some beef tips in the freezer compartment. The fridge area held our vegetables and fruits. We packed it two days before we moved so we could clean our full sized fridge This was very convenient as no one needs to be cleaning on the actual day of the move. We left the food in this fridge overnight, but had an accident. Our cat knocked over a box that hit the power plug and partially unplugged it, causing the fridge to lose power for about 10 hours. Now, had it not been for the digital display on the fridge showing the temperature holding at about 48 degrees F, I would have thrown everything away. But, the frozen foods were still completely frozen and the vegetables, fruits and dairy was still cold. Given the temp display, I had confidence in NOT throwing away the food. It held the temperature extremely well. That was a major plus for us, so it has a surprisingly large capacity, holds temperature and ostensibly uses less temperature to do so. It also has two VERY handy handles for carrying in and out and of course can be plugged in the home or car (it even has a battery option if one chooses to go that route). So, I would like to say the move was just as perfect, but I was a dummy. I put the fridge in one vehicle, but used another vehicle for the actual move, so I ended up transporting the food, again without temperature (there were no outlets in the other vehicle), about one hour's drive to the next destination. My dumb mistake was not a problem. The fridge again held temperature and food was ice cold (with the display reinforcing that the food was cold enough to survive). To top things off, one of our movers who helped unpack complimented the fridge and the price. He definitely wanted one.Despite our great experience, I will reluctantly take off one star. NOISE. For a fridge that is supposed to be whisper quiet, it emitted an annoying whine when the compressor runs. It is not loud, but it is not pleasant to my ears. It reminds me of hearing the faint sound of leaf blowers at a neighbors house perhaps 2 doors down. Faint, but annoying, does that make sense? The manufacturer seems legitimate, and the fridge seems insanely well built, so i should give it 5 stars anyway-- but, that whine put me off. In a quiet car it might be a problem for some.

I am a truck driver and this cooler is a great fit. It has plenty of room to freeze and keep my items cool. I keep it running 24/7 without any issues. It's basically a portable refrigerator.

I will never go back to an ice chest again

I really like this freezer. I’m gonna be using it a lot this summer. I tested at home for a couple of days and so far I don’t have any issues. Setup was a breeze!!
