If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please Note: By installing or using the product in any way you are accepting your order and, therefore, we cannot accept a return unles the item is found to be operationally faulty.

After you returned the product to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.
