1st of all. I DO NOT RIGHT REVIEWS. I'm only writing this because I looked so long for the right Sauna. This one is it! After I purchased the 2 person Sauna Saksby contacted me right away thanking me for my purchase. Any question that I had he would respond within 30 mins to an hour. As for the sauna, It is easier setting it up than it is getting it out the box. I assembled mine within 20 minutes. The bluetooth speakers work great as well. I use it twice a day. Once in the morning and before I get ready for bed. It is SO RELAXING!!!! I've been sleeping better and I feel so refreshed after I come out. I hope my review helps ease minds of cautious buyers. I was so skeptical of buying this because there are so many on the market and I wanted the right one. This is the absolute best one for the price and quality. VERY HIGH QUALITY TOO! It looks so great in my house.

I thought the sauna was not heating correctly. I wrote to notify Saksby that I was having a problem with my order. I was immediately connected with the sauna's support staff. They helped me trouble shoot and the error was my choice of temperature. Once I followed their recommendation the sauna works as it should. I am very pleased with the product and even more pleased with the people behind the product.

The sauna went together super easily and worked as expected. It heats up very quickly, I can get it to 50 C in 15 minutes or so. The display is only in C (F is apparently not an option) but that's not a big deal. Bluetooth connected to my phone easily. The white light is bright enough for reading, and the colored lights are a nice touch. My one disappointment is that the EMF is a bit higher than expected, but not terrible. Where I'd sit was generally below 2 µT, and in most spots below 1 µT. I measured a max of 10 µT in a corner right between 2 heater panels, but you couldn't get your body there. I've not measured any other IR saunas so I don't know how they'd compare. Overall I'm happy with the purchase of this one, and the seller was great.

I looked around at different sizes and prices of infrared saunas and decided to give this one a try. It seemed to have what I wanted in an infrared sauna and the price was reasonable. Couldn't have been easier to assemble. It took me longer to unpack the boxes than it did to connect everything up and plug it in. The site says you need two people to put this thing together. I am probably the exception. The UPS guy was able to unload the boxes right where I was going to put it and I fairly easily managed to put it together by myself. The only issue I had, which I wish the instructions had mentioned: I had to slightly adjust the glass on the door to keep it from rubbing along the bottom. To do that, you just slightly loosen the screws holding the hinge to the glass, then adjust the glass so it will open and close without rubbing. Then tighten the screws again.This is definitely a one person sauna. There's not a whole lot of room to move around once you sit down, but it does heat up to 140 degrees quickly--within 5 to 7 minutes. I can put my hands over my head though. The temperature maintains at 140 for about 15 minutes, then will cool down to 134 or 132 for a few minutes, but quickly gets back up to 140. I assume that's to keep parts from overheating. Some people mentioned this in their comments as "won't maintain temperature". I'm not finding it to be a real issue.The speakers are quality. I can connect my phone to the Bluetooth without any type of pairing process. Music sounds great, as do podcasts. The controls are simple to operate. Once you have a time and temperature set, all you do it hit the power button and it repeats the last cycle you did. I have had joint and inflammation issues for many years. The medication I take helps, but using this infrared sauna is really making a different in my overall pain level, as well as flexibility and movement. 20 minutes in the sauna followed by a cold shower and I feel like a million bucks! Great purchase. I'm very happy with it.

I just received and my contractor installed today in my basement being renovated in a closet area. I love that it was easy to assemble and fits in small spaces. Tried if tonight and love it.

Works well, easy to assembly for 2 people. Just need a ladder and screwdriver. I think it is of pretty good value. I'd like to know though, if I can varnish the outside of it, to help keep it waterproof and for it to not to look unfinished.

Love this sauna! Doesn’t take up much room and looks very nice. I don’t think I’ve had it long enough to give a fair review but so far so good. We contacted the sellers and had a response from them immediately. I would recommend it for sure!
