Just make sure you have 110 power behind toilet. I had to add this but did it myself. Nice product highly recommend!

Cons first:1. Why doesn't it flush when my butt is lifted off the seat? Instead, it waits like 30 seconds after I walk away. If I have a party, people don't wanna wait for it to flush. In Japan toilets usually flushed ~5 seconds after you lifted your butt off the seat.2. Missing the privacy sound (river water running) playing feature 😔😔3. I wish the bidet feature were higher pressure...I wish the toilet operations were configurable too. The tech exists. It's just a matter of implementing it. Then, I'd be able to:- Set the timer to flush as low as I want, but other customers can keep it where it is if they like.- Increase the water usage dynamically. One of my toilets is more at risk of clogging, so I wish I could opt to use more water. Specifically, I want the flush to last longer because there's a risk of water beating the **** down the drain in one of my installations.Pros:Other than that it's great. Good value. Reminds me of the toilets in Japan (that's why I got these lol!).------NOTE: 12" rough-in. Don't forget to measure or you'll have a fun time like I did.If it's already too late for you, try using an adjuster flange. For one of the toilets we had to adjust from 8" to 12" and had to dig up some concrete for it. We just put together some 90 degree adapter pipes that probably aren't code, but I haven't had any clogging issues so far.We DIY installed both toilets and it took about 20 hours total because of the complications. If you have the right rough-in length, you can do it in 30-60 minutes per toilet easy.

I bought it specifically bc of someone's review about the dryer. Not sure if we got different toilets or i got a bad one, but i bought the latest model, cost over 1k and the dryer is poor. I would have gone with a different cheaper one had i got any real information about the dryer. Overall still a nice bidet, like the toe kick, but not worth the price tag without a good dryer. Would not buy again.

Seat is already warm, does not need to warm up. When you sit down a water jet wets the bowel so hardly ever needs cleaning. I let it flush automatically after I leave. Motion detector works like it should but I find myself sneaking around in front when I don't need to use it. The cool features seem to be well thought out with this brand.

Installed this in place of an existing toilet. I didn't need the drain since my old one was already in place. If you are installing into concrete you will need a good drill and bits as well as some concrete lags that work with the provided screws. Overall it was an easy install but the toilet is heavy. Working in a tight space I had to have my husband help me set the toilet into place once everything was ready. If you have room to do so connect the water lines before positioning the toilet as there's not much working room once it's against the wall.

Had this great system for a few months right now, and really enjoying all the features. I like the way it installed and the great modern look. This bidet is ok. Do I recommend the bidet? No.What I like:1. Heated seat2. Heated water3. Night light4. Kick button for flushingWhat I don't like:1. Bidet pressure is too weak2. Too dang loud3. Dryer is also too weak4. Did I mention it was really loud? It wakes up the people in the next room.5. It doesn't close the lid when it flushes.

I can only say is T05 is a very good toilet . I bought two toilets T05-S . One in my master bathroom and one in the other bath room . I like it and every one in my family like it very much . I suggest you should buy one when time to upgrade .
