Our policy for this item lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact support@saksby.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
For the return of US orders, a restocking fee of 20% + shipping cost will be applied. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.
