How To Return
Contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com to approve the return within 15 days. We have helpful suggestions if you are considering a return due to performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason. After the 15-day period expires, the product cannot be returned. All returns must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us. Once the Return Authorization is issued, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once your return is received, we will process refund within 2-3 weeks. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account. Note: the customer must have written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from SAKSBY.com. If customer return the product without it, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for the shipping of return.
