Welcome to Saksby Wholesale's Shopify Collab Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Saksby Wholesale Affiliate Program, applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Own and operate a website, blog, or social media account with content relevant to home improvement or consumer products.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

2. Application Process

  • Applicants must have a profile within Shopify Collab.
  • Saksby Wholesale reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
  • If accepted, affiliates will receive a unique affiliate ID to track sales and commissions that is based on the assigned program.

 

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links.
  • The standard commission rate is a percentage of the net sale price, excluding shipping, taxes, and returns.
  • Saksby Wholesale reserves the right to modify the commission rate at any time with prior notice.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid out after 30-60 days depending on the assigned program.
  • Payments will be made via Shopify Collab.

 

5. Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates must not make misleading claims or representations about Saksby Wholesale products.
  • Promotions must not include any illegal or unethical content.

 

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Saksby brand terms in pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Use of spam or unsolicited mass communication to promote affiliate links is strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates may not engage in any activities that harm or tarnish the Saksby brand.

 

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
  • Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease using all promotional materials and remove all links to Saksby Wholesale.

 

8. Liability

  • Saksby Wholesale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.
  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

9. Changes to Terms

  • Saksby Wholesale reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

 

10. Link Attribution Window

  • 90 Days
