Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. For the return of US orders, a restocking fee of 20% + shipping cost will be applied. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.

If there is visible damage or defects to the packaging, customers are advised to refuse the shipment. Concealed damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for opening all packaging, inspecting all product, and notifying us within the 48-hour window. Pictures of the damaged freight and/or item are required for all claims. If a shipment arrives missing items, contact us immediately. After 48 hours of receipt, we will not be responsible for missing items.
