Doing research on this bike was little to none..but it looked slick and took a chance on it.(3 spoke version) theres a youtube video of this guy beating the **** out of it on a professional trial. but if your like me going on modest trails and gravel roads its a smooth ride. the suspension actually works well..but needs upgrades like new pedals and seat, and adjustable stem will help position for comfort. As far as this 'wave' thing people talk about , when you air the tires up little by little just make sure the rubber is sealing in the rim well(it took some pushing and pulling the tire) all in all will take going over the bike making sure everything is tight from the manufacturer. for entry level im happy with it.

Really enjoyed this bike, beautiful and high quality, a fried saw it and took it from me, lol. bought another one from another seller and absolutely hate it, I will come back to this seller and the bike.

This bike is fine for a occasional rider. The color on the wheels is stickers not paint. They peal easily and it looks great with black wheels. One person on here said he felt like he was falling off the bike. He was correct but I found that the gooseneck/bar clamp is fairly long and angled down. I turned mine around where it angles up and it feels perfect. Perhaps the factory worker just puts it on upside down because it looked all wrong and now it looks and feels perfect.

Great bike

The bike is solid and consistent for its price range. It functions as it should and has been ridden for 325 miles without any problems. Although our riding is not considered extreme but has been ridden off road.If you are looking for high end keep searching. But if you just want a good looking, fully functional bike to ride for recreation this is good for you. It can be upgraded with high end components easily. But as with all bikes it will need proper maintenance to stay fully functional.

I ordered this MTB after my Mongoose was stolen and at first glance it is really cool. I have the Aluminum K rims which look very slick, they are true (no wave) but do have a little additional lateral movement which could make the bike feel unstable on rough downhill rides but in flat Florida its fine. As I said its a good starter bike or base from which to customize, the rear suspension looks like a gas shock - it is not. Easy to upgrade to a real one and I have already changed the front forks to Gas too, this really stabilizes the lateral movment in the K rim wheels. Everything else is great, the derailers, trigger shifts and breaks all are fine and may need a little tuning but that is the case on any bike when you first set it up. If your doing a lot of rough terrain up and down hill I would recomend the regular spoked wheels and not the K rims, unless you want to look super cool!!
