We are very satisfied with the heater! We have trees that block our pool from the sun and our swimming pool could almost never get over 80 degrees. In about 3 tp 5 days the heater brought our 18' by 4' swimming pool from 72 degrees to 90 degrees and it rained a couple of those days! We are very satisfied. We have to say customer service is very very helpful. I contacted them a few times and they responded very quickly. Thank You!

The here arrived within 2 days which is a great Plus because shipping said 2 weeks. When I opened the box I did not see any type of damage to the heating unit. You need to be careful when **** in the inlet and Outlet tubes because if you **** them in too tightly or too loose they will leak. You have to find that sweet spot. It does not come with a plug so you either have to straight wire it or install it to a plug. Make sure it is a 15 amp three wire plug GFC. When I originally turned it on the unit came on like it should but the fan would not spin. I thought maybe it needed to reach a certain temperature to work. I ran the heater for 3 days and my water was not getting any warmer. I also noticed that the fan was still not running. I took the fan cover off and noticed that one of the lines was keeping the fan from turning. I was able to push the line over about half an inch and that was enough so the fan could rotate. Now the heater is working great. No problem since then.

My first unit arrived and damaged during transporation. I contact the company and they was very helpful and sent me a new unit quickly. The unit works wonderfully，Keeps our 5000-gallon pool at 82 where normally it would be 73. I would highly recommend this unit. I have it plumbed with rigid PVC. The unit connections are metric but there come with adapters which are perfectly convert to 1.5" PVC pipes.

The heater was packed with care and arrived in great condition.The plumbing connections are relatively simple if you’ve done any plumbing with pvc before. I connected it to my filtration loop, just after the sand filter, and I used two three way valves so that I can isolate the heater when I want shock the pool or vacuum. Took me 1 hour to get everything set. It works perfectly with my 4500 gallon pool, overnight my pool increased from 70 to 77 degrees, not bad!
