HRW Premium Smart Heated Tankless Bidet Toilet With Dual Flush System (96842513)

I've had other smart bidet toilets at home but wanted a new tankless look to go with the newly remodeled bathroom. So I searched high and low for one and originally bought the T16SD model as I didn't need all the bells and whistles that comes with the higher end models. After installing it, I found that the T16SD model required a much strong water volume dispense than my house pipe can provide through the 1/4 inch pipe. So make sure your house water volume dispensing fits the required amount before ordering that model. I reached out to customer service to troubleshoot and they were super helpful. The customer support responded very quickly and recommended me to get the version that comes with the built-in tank inside the bottom. So I ended up with the HR-TO5S model which has a much stronger flush but still has the modern look of the tankless toilet. Highly recommend this company and its product. Customer support is amazing!

Customer service was really good. They helped me replace the wrong model that I ordered with this one. Will definitely purchase going forward from HOROW for upgrades based on current customer service and product experience.

When I saw this toilet, I was in the process of remodeling my bathroom and I figured what a great addition to add some class to the bathroom. This toilet does everything that you could dream about has a heated toilet seat has heated water flushes by itself just about anything you could think of. when the toilet flushes, it only uses a gallon of water very economical I'm very happy with the product. It's very well-made and I would definitely buy another one. I had one little hiccup, and Customer Service took care of it right away. Excellent customer service. They definitely stand behind the product.If you're thinking about purchasing a smart toilet, this is the one to go with

Amazing customer service. While were not able to use the ordered toilet due to "rough in" issue, their customer service with the return and problem solving ability was so amazing, we are going to try and reorder a toilet that will fit better from this company. Thank you, HOROW!

First time using the bidet toilet and it has completely changed the bathroom experience. The toilet is well packaged in the box and arrived fast without any issue.I had a plumber come to do the installation, the process was simple, and instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was told by the plumber this toilet is well built with an amazing quality. He was also surprised the price can simply compare with other brands that cost over a thousand dollars. So far I have had an amazing experience using the new bidet system. Heated seat, senser flushing, looks clean and many more benefited functions. One last thing I would like to mention is removing the top part to secure the toilet to the ground. Because it is very well sealed and fits perfectly, therefore it does need some strength to remove.Overall, I am surprised with the quality of this toilet, and would order another one when I need to replace the master bedroom.

We have 3 of these HR-16's. I will never go back to the archaic tank type toilet. Less water usage, self-cleaning, auto flush, heated seat, heated bidet water: these toilets are great! Wonderful customer service! One unit arrived damaged but when notified, the seller shipped an entire new toilet.
