Spare parts are covered for 1 year in both private and commercial settings. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use but excludes expendable parts like heating elements and stones. It also becomes void if the product is improperly installed, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Inspect your sauna heater upon delivery and note any damages before signing the receipt. Contact us within 48 hours to start a claim. Your sauna heater will be either serviced or replaced.
