This company Happy Buy has amazing customer service. I purchased the 15qt mixer. The bowl and handle were damaged during shipping. I contacted SAKSBY com., send them pictures of the damage. I expected Happybuy to send me the replacements parts. Instead they shipped me another entire mixer free of charge. I could see that the second one was slightly used or maybe refurbished. But who cares. With the help of a metal vice and hammer, I was able to eventually bang out the crooked handle. I can live with a dented bowl.
