If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact support@saksby.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.

For the return of US orders, this item is eligible for FREE RETURNS and NO RESTOCKING FEES if the item is returned in its original condition. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.

I adore the ambiance the Spectrum Slimline provides. Its so easy to control with the remote, which is a big plus! The design is quite modern, fitting beautifully in my home. I do wish it had a little bit more heat output for larger spaces, though.
