Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact support@saksby.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
For the return of US orders, this item is eligible for NO RESTOCKING FEES (Read Policy) if the item is returned in its original condition. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.

MONTIGO WARRANTY
Montigo offers a limited residential gas fireplace warranty that generally covers the firebox and main burner for 10 to 15 years, with shorter coverage (typically 1 year) on components like glass, control valves, logs/media, electrical or ignition parts, and finishes, as long as the fireplace is installed per their specifications and used normally. Warranty service may include parts replacement, labor, or—in rare cases—a refund, subject to specific terms, exclusions (e.g., improper installation, non‑Montigo parts, wear and tear), and availability only to the original purchaser.
