I like everything about it the ride is smooth not bumpy. Easy to turn around

I get people stopping me to tell me how great my scooter looks and I tell them it runs better. I did have a problem with the lights,horn and the seller jumped right on it and sent me what I needed to fix it. Along with a video on how to fix it. Also the charger quite working and they sent me a new one. I have to say the Gentleman who handled everything was supper nice and went out of his way to help me. This is a great scooter and a great company. Thank you.

As soon as the company heard of the problem with the emergency brake I was contacted.Because I could not send a picture of the problem, they located a technician who arrivedwithin a couple hours.He worked on it and finally got it to work.I appreciate the company (Andre) getting someone out right away.Tom Wolfe (local expert) was very efficient and fixed the problem.Thanks to both. My Brother loves the scooter and we both feel safe, now that he can depend on the parking brake.

This is a well made medical scooter that we call the Red Cadillac. Runs really well and is built for safety. Holds up to 500 lbs. It is a beautiful candy apple red.

Very nice get lots of complement

Its a wonderful quality built machine. It cost less even having to pay shipping. It has two lockable compartments not just a open basket on rear of seat. It has all legal street lighting and horn. Quick shipping and no shipping damage. Finish on plastic is very good nice 3x10 inch wheels make for a smooth ride.

Excellent product but has a couple areas that need improvement: it’s 20” wide so tippy in fast turns or on slanted roads. Wear the seatbelt and maybe a helmet in traffic. The mirrors don’t adjust well and are odd shaped. But the biggest issue are very weak brakes.Pros: three speeds really helps! Very powerful and fast as I’d ever want in 3rd gear. Great lights and turn signals. Nice wide seat. Narrow enough and slow enough in 1st gear to take in stores.

The scooter was actually delivered a little bit earlier than they had quoted, and it was package well. It only takes a few minutes to get the steel cage packing off, and then the plastic and etc. is easy. It came charged and so I 've used it already several times and its great. It changes between the 3 speeds with only a moment delay and off you go. It definitely is the sharpest scooter around and it has all the gadgets you need. Its fun to go riding with my grandkids where I can be back with the slowest of the kids and speed right up and pass the fastest of them on bike. Top speed is 15 mph, which is enough for all that I need, and in fact we took it off road today and it ran well. I even climbed some small hills with no problems. I gave it 5 stars, but in maneuverability I gave it 4 since it has 4 wheels it won't turn on a dime, but you do have reverse to use in those tight cases.
