Working around water and electricity always makes me nervous, so the built-in GFCI was a big selling point for me. It tripped once when I probably had too much water pooling near the outlet, which I appreciated honestly. Machine itself runs strong and hasn't given me any real issues.

I manage several units and this has become an essential tool in my truck now. Handles everything from bathroom sink clogs to full main line blockages without breaking a sweat. The retractable handle makes it easy enough to move between jobs too.

I compared this to some much pricier options and honestly don't see why I'd need to spend more. It handled a deep clog in my main line about 60 feet out without any issue. The forward and reverse function especially came in handy when the cable got a little stuck.

This machine gets the job done but be prepared, it's not something you're carrying up stairs easily. The cutter head worked well on a root intrusion in my yard line. Just wish they mentioned the weight more clearly before I ordered.

First time using a drain snake so there was a learning curve with the air pedal switch. Once I figured out the rhythm of feeding cable and pedaling, it worked great on a stubborn kitchen line clog. Would definitely buy again now that I know what I'm doing.

Between two clogged drains this year, this machine has already saved me hundreds compared to calling a plumber. It's straightforward to use once you get past the initial setup. The cutting heads that come with it cover pretty much everything I've needed so far.

The motor definitely has enough muscle to clear tough clogs, no complaints there. My only gripe is finding a spot to store it since it's fairly bulky even with the handle retracted. Still glad I bought it instead of renting one every time.
