[12x20FT] Heavy Duty Outdoor Backyard Hardtop Gazebo With Netting And Curtains (SAK18352)

We bought this 12 x 20” gazebo to provide shade where we used to have a 50 ft tree. The curtains are a very nice addition that save the hassle of finding and buying ones that would fit. All the parts have little identifying stickers. This is a huge help to be able to follow the written directions/diagrams and find the parts shown in the instructions. Here’s our tips:Tip #1 is to order it near when you will assemble it. We ordered it in March which was too soon because you only have 30 days to return it. We had snow on the ground and couldn’t install it. Happily, we love it, but it’s good to know this return date issue. Also, the price varied up and down a couple of hundred dollars in the last 3 months. Tip #2 is from another purchaser. Don’t bolt down the legs until you’re done. Being able to move it around was essential to getting everything to fit. Tip #3 – You’ll need 3 people for 13 hours each (40 hours total), 2 ladders, and a hand screwdriver. Tip #4 – Watch the video before you start, it’s worth the time. Tip #5 – Spread the parts out in the shade. They’re metal and very hot to handle if they are laying in the sun.

The instructions were very unclear and hard to follow. We had to watch an u tube video to complete it correctly. There were several mis prints on the instructions. The side panels were very difficult to place. We love it now that it is completed !!!!! Took way longer than the suggested 3 hours- more like 12-15 hours with a minimum of 3 person assist. Good quality and very sturdy. Would buy again but definitely needs better instructions.

I bought this as a cover for my Solo Stove but it is great for my Traeger and my Weber too. The frame is all metal and the two roof design allows the smoke to go up and out the top. This Gazebo will take care of all of you outdoor smoking and non smoking activities.

First not easy to build,instructions are a little suspect.However it looks incredible and incredibly strong . It turned out perfect.

I love my quiet, peaceful place to sit and relax . I had a contractor to construct my Purple Leaf Gazebo. They ran into some difficulties but we contacted the company and they assisted right away. I have provided photos and a short video.

First, customer service is amazing. I can’t say enough. They contacted me to see how my delivery went and then to see if I had any questions or concerns. Superb customer service!We opted for someone to come build for us. So I can not comment on this. But I will say, our builder commented on good the directions are. Nothing was damaged and all parts very well labeled.We bought the 12x20. Very spacious!!! Absolutely love this gazebo. Very excited for summer.

We haven’t finished the installation of this yet because of The ongoing weather system we having! But so far it’s going pretty well. What I am reviewing is the wonderful customer service and their ongoing support through out from the start , I will continue this review as soon as we can get some decent weather to finally finish the installation and hopefully that is soon , it’s going to be just beautiful!

I searched online for several weeks to find the right gazebo for our back patio. This one caught my eye because of the size, price, and the fact that it had blue curtains. It arrived in 4 days with all 5 boxes intact. It took my husband and I, along with two tall ladders, about 20 hours to assemble it. I recommend that you study the instructions and pay particular attention to what screws are used when putting on the roof. We found that the clips that hold up the curtains had plastic burrs on them which would not allow them to slide smoothy. We just cleaned them up with a pocket knife and all is well. We also used red head screws to anchor to the patio. We will enjoy this for a long time.
