Everything came in 3 big boxes(50lb/110lb/140lb)-ish, if you expect to go upstairs. Packaging itself was done well for the size of item. However, I could not find a assembly/instruction manual in any of the 3 boxes! Only the small individual ones for accessories like the media panel/air refresher. If you have above average common sense, you can assemble without a single instruction. It's that easy to put together! Some of the corner cuts on the wood bench or panels could be crisper, but thats nit-picking the fittings. If you're a strong and large individual you can assemble it solo aswell, it becomes 100% easier when you have a second pair of hands though. Seems solid enough for thin wood panels and the glass is nice and thick by comparison. My biggest complaint, and this seems universal with consumer dry-saunas. That 140 degree maximum, it's just barely enough to get a good sweat. If a company would produce the same unit at 175 Fahrenheit, I would pay 30% more in a heartbeat. Oh and the product images show a outdated media center/panel. Overall on initial impressions 4/5 stars, if it last me a few years I will update accordingly.

From the delivery process to the assembly the was a great experience. My husband and I were able to unbox and assemble within an hour. It heated quickly and I actually used it right after it was assembled. The light brown is a beautiful look against our dark blue walls. It would be a tight fit for 2 people as we like to have room but it is ample room for 1 to sit in . So far -happy!

Sauna is awesome. Came with one heating element not working but bluewave customer service sent one right away and it is working as it should. Very happy with this product.

Had high hopes for this after owning a premium infared previously for double the price. As I unpacked it, I thought it wasn’t as nice- HOWEVER once together and in use it was impressive! I adore it! I use it four times a week and it’s reliable and wonderful.

Have been wanting a nice 2 man dry sauna for years. Had a plan to make a nook for one in my new finished basement. Took awhile to do the basement thus awhile to install the sauna. Was shipped to me in what I thought was good condition but more on that later. It sat unopened for quite awhile while working on the basement. Once we got around to opening the three boxes that it came in. One of the special plug-ins was crushed and unusable. No fault to the shipper or how it was packaged (which was very well). It just came undone from the corner of the box and got mashed. I called Blue wave customer service and at first was kind of blamed for not catching it right off. But after explaining that it wasn't really anybody's fault, they agreed and send me a whole new wall. VERY good customer service I would say. Put it together in about 45 minutes with all the accessories and popped it into it's new home nook. Have used it many times and the only things that I found that doesn't give it a 5 star rating are, 1) some of the woodwork was fairly cheaply put together so it broke. (is hidden so I don't really care and doesn't take away from function. 2) While seated in the sauna, I've noticed that the small gap in between the door and little seal lets in just a little air to cool off the bottom where my feet are. 3) Lower panel doesn't seem to compensate for that. To help cure that, I just hang a towel on the door handle. I like this sauna and hope to get many years of use out of it.

My wife and i are almost 80...a friend put this together for us in a couple of hours.. we use nearly every day. you cannot believe how relaxed this will make you feel.. it is wonderful... one of the best things we have ever bought.. skin feels better.. we feel better..
