Definitely not good for business use

Assembling Instruction not clear enough, too many bolts and screws to put together and poor description of how to do itGood overall size for small space. Cheap material and low power. Can’t handle big steaksGood for home use and small meatsCan’t cut tick think bones. You get what you pay for. Not recommend for restaurant use

I was a great meat cutter. A little difficult to assemble and clean. Great value for the money.

Cuts cleanly

Very good saw. After making all the proper adjustments this saw powered through pigs quickly. Clean cuts, didn't tear up soft meat. Used on fresh and frozen chops. Both went beautifully. Large sliding table very nice. Very quiet to operate. Did not use grinder, since we have and use the LEM 22 grinder.

1000 piece assembly

Decent product. Pain in the a-- to assemble. Bandsaw works good but don't expect to grind any meat with fat on it.

Well worth the money for a 'backyard butcher' like me but professionals had better steer clear.

It took a couple of hours to get it put together then another 30 minutes or so to get the blade adjusted correctly. Mine came partially assembled so some of the shrouds had to come off to properly adjust the tension which was way too low and tracking of the blade which was way off. The directions are horrible, for instance; the instructions show a photo of the motor mounted below its bracket. The belt is much too short for so we had to partially disassemble the saw to turn the bracket over so the motor could be on top. The directions also showed entirely different blade tensioning and alignment adjustments. It was able to cut meat and bone but you need to go slow to keep the blade from deflecting and the motor from bogging down. Cleanup is also slow so like others have said the best thing to do is get some thumb-screws to replace all the allen bolts that have to be removed to gain access to the areas that need cleaning. Long story short; I now have steaks instead of whole quarters of a 280# hog... The saw isn't perfect but in my opinion worth what I paid (just under $300).
