Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. For the return of US orders, this item is eligible for NO RESTOCKING FEES (Read Policy) if the item is returned in its original condition. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.

BESPOKE MOBILITY SCOOTERS WARRANTY
Bespoke Mobility offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on structural frame components, including the seat post and frame, for select models (Elite, Legacy, Platinum, Prestige, Regal, and Supreme). A Two-Year Limited Warranty covers non-consumable and electronic components from the date of purchase. The batteries and charger are covered for six months, subject to wear and tear evaluation. Consumable items (like tires, lights, brake pads, and upholstery), damages due to misuse or accidents, and service or labor costs beyond the first 30 days are excluded from warranty coverage. Warranties are non-transferable and shipping costs for warranty parts are the buyer's responsibility. To initiate a claim, proof of purchase and troubleshooting cooperation may be required.
