Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. BROILMASTER WARRANTY
Broilmaster grills come with a comprehensive warranty that varies by model and component. For premium gas grills, the warranty includes a limited lifetime coverage for parts like aluminum grill housing, stainless steel cooking grids, and select stainless steel components. Other parts, such as stainless steel burners and drip pans, have a 10-year warranty, while infrared burners and ceramic flavor enhancers are covered for 5 years. Accessories and smaller components like valves and knobs are typically covered for 1-2 years. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proper installation and maintenance.
