Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact support@saksby.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
For the return of US orders, this item is eligible for FREE RETURNS and NO RESTOCKING FEES if the item is returned in its original condition. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@saksby.com.
SHIPPING
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for any freight claims. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage or defects to the packaging, customers are advised to refuse the shipment. Concealed damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for opening all packaging, inspecting all product, and notifying us within the 48-hour window. Pictures of the damaged freight and/or item are required for all claims. If a shipment arrives missing items, contact us immediately. After 48 hours of receipt, we will not be responsible for missing items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
