Saw this on sale and figured I'd try it out. Now it's one of my favorite things in the house. I use it basically every day, iced coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening. The casters make it easy to move around and the whole thing is just really well built. My neighbor asked about it the first time he saw it and ended up ordering one too.

I like the machine a lot and the ice quality is genuinely better than what I was using before. My only real wish is that the storage bin held a little more. 25 lbs goes fast when you have a bigger group over. It makes ice quickly so it catches up, but there are moments when it's a bit low. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of.

We do a big BBQ every summer and used to go through three or four bags of ice. Got this machine last year and it was one less thing to worry about completely. Just filled up everyone's coolers and cups all day long. The stainless steel handles the sun and heat without any issues and it still looks brand new after a full season of use.

Measured my cabinet space three times before ordering and it fit like it was made for the spot. The front vents are really helpful because it doesn't need clearance on the sides. We use it mainly for our indoor bar area but the fact that it's rated for outdoor use gives us peace of mind if we ever move it. Happy with the purchase.

I kept reading the phrase 'restaurant-quality ice' in the description and honestly rolled my eyes. But it's actually true. The ice is clear, it melts slowly, and it doesn't make your drinks taste weird like sometimes freezer ice does. I use it for my whiskey and it makes a noticeable difference. This thing is legit.

Bought this ahead of the holidays and it was the best decision. Between Thanksgiving and New Year's we had people over almost every week and never once ran out of ice. The bin holds a good amount and the ice stays cold longer than regular freezer ice. Knocking off one star only because the fan can be a little loud when it kicks on.

The machine itself works great and the ice is high quality. Getting it leveled and the drain set up took me longer than expected. I'd recommend having someone help you with the install, it's not super heavy but it's awkward to maneuver alone. Once it was in place though, smooth sailing. Ice every day, no complaints about that part.

I've been slowly building out my home bar area and this was the last piece I needed. Slides right under the counter and looks completely built-in. The reversible door was a nice touch because my bar is in a tight space. Ice is clear and my cocktails taste so much better. My friends think I run a speakeasy now lol.
